Dr. Shamsunder, Chairman.

Dr. Shamsunder (popularly known as Doctor by many of his friends & clients) is a pioneer in the area of Vaastu correction without demolition. He was born in a family of Priests in Kollur Karnataka in 1954. He has written books in association with French & German architects in German language. He has done research in the subject of Vaastu very deeply and his profound knowledge in Vedas is also remarkable. Doctor took to Vaastu correction with keen interest of eliminating pain and agony of the fellow colleagues, friends and relatives who sought his help in solving their issues. Doctor was inspired by the astonishing results after Vaastu corrections were implemented. The success motivated him to continue his efforts. He has 36 years of experience in this field.

He dedicated a lot of his time to carry out various studies and experimentation in Vaastu and Vedic Sciences. He studied many texts like Brahat Samhita Written by Varahamihira in 6th century AD.

Doctor also worked under various Gurus to gain a profound knowledge of Vedas and Upanishads. He also conducted research at Aurobindo School of Oriental Sciences in Vaastu energies with various scientists. He believes that “MAN IS ESSENTIALLY AN EXPRESSION OF NATURE”.

When does this Happen?
1.When your dwelling is in tune with vastu then this happens the way your family wants them to happen. Basically we require all the corner zones being 90 degrees.
2.Each zone should have specific purpose

• North East Zone :Children’s area like study room, bedroom, prayer room, meditation room. Most preferred main entry and the study tables facing north or east direction.
• South East Zone :Cooking or Fire zone, where direction while cooking, one should be facing east, wash area in north east and refrigerator in southeast or northwest zone. This zone can also have the daughter’s bedroom.
• South West Zone :This zone represents the main earning member, elders and head of the family. Here, we can keep the wardrobe, cash, chest, valuables. The bed position should not in the door way, the head should be facing the door and the free space remaining after keeping the cot in north or east should be more than the free space in southwest. This means keep the cot as much as possible in the southwest zone.
• North West Zone : This is ideally suited for guest bedroom. This zone can also be used as living rooms and other social activity rooms. The bathroom or toilet can be in this zone. The commode or WC should face north or south direction.

3.Staircase, pillars, beams, furniture should not in 1/9th centre portion of the built up area.
4.Floor, roof, height, weight, occupancy should be maximum in southwest, followed by southeast, then northwest and northeast zone respectively.
